filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents - Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness - coordinate with auditors during audits -The ability to handle confidential information - Utilize QuickBooks or other for bookkeeping tasks - Prepared Financial reports
Experience:
- Previous experience as a secretary or bookkeeper is preferred - Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using accounting software Note:
