We are searching for a very organized, detail oriented individual to step into the Assistant Business Office Manager Role.
This individual will work directly with the Administrator and Corporate Staff on a variety of tasks.
Must be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Facility software is healthcare specific and successful candidate will receive training.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivables/Billing/Collections; Accounts Payable/Coding; Completes Pay Source/Insurance Verifications; Assists with enrollment in programs such as Illinois Department of Public Aid; General Office Tasks:
Answering Telephones, Opening Mail, Greeting Visitors; Works directly with the Administrator and Corporate staff to complete a variety of office tasks.
